This wall storage/organizer was designed by Dorothee Maurer-Becker and put into production by her husband Ingo Maurer in Germany in 1969. It is made from molded ABS plastic. After a prototype was presented at the Frankfurt Fair in early 1969, it became an immediate success in Europe and the U.S. where it was marketed as Wall-All. The unit features multiple plastic pockets in which to store any number of items, as well as a chrome clip and several chrome hooks. It was photographed for the cover of the seminal l’Utopie du tout Plastique 1960-1973.
